The StratumSites Content Management System (CMS) can be integrated with any design. We can incorporate your existing design, work with your designer on a custom design, or you can choose a pre-existing template from one of our thousands of Design+ Templates. If there is a design you want, show us and we can make it happen.

The Design+ option is a one-time set-up fee in addition to the CMS one-time set-up fee shown above. The $499.00 price does not include custom flash development/design. Please contact a sales representative for more information.

Includes the designated number of email accounts above for your domain. It also includes unlimited Alias accounts. This allows the number of email accounts to grow with your organization's needs and helps you promote a consistent professional image.

You can manage your email via a program like Outlook on your computer, or you can use our webmail application which allows you to access your email anywhere there is an Internet connection. You can also set-up your email on any mobile devise.

Our base email also includes anti-virus and anti-spam protection that is controlled via settings through your webmail account. See the Email Features Overview for more information.

Each email account includes 50MB's of email storage. Additional email storage is available at no additional charge for clients with our unlimited storage option.

Storage applies to the graphics and files you upload to your website. The actual textaul content you add to pages does not count as storage space for your site. So your are truly given "unlimited" pages.

If you need more storage for audio or video files than what the base storage offers, please refer to our Additional Storage options listed below.

Data transfer, sometimes referred to as bandwidth, refers to the amount of information passed to and from your website. Every time somebody looks at a page on your website, or any file you have stored on the web server, data is transferred. This is measured in megabytes (MB). The larger the files are on your website, the more data will be transferred. Each StratumSites website hosting package comes with unlimited bandwidth/data transfer.

The only system that includes additional bandwidth charges is the Power Package for the Audio/Video Media System. This system includes Live and on-demand streaming of audio and video content through the world's largest streaming network, Akamai. Note that the Standard A/V Media System does not have additional bandwidth charges. See the A/V Media System for more details.

No need to worry about page limits and trying to work within them. You won't have to combine disparate information because you are only allowed a certain number of pages. Add pages as you need them and let your site grow as you see fit.

Also, the textual page content on your pages does not count as storage, so you do literally have the ability to add an unlimited number of pages without it effecting your site's storage limit.

Our CMS also makes it easy for you to control how Content Administrators create pages. You can use our "Lock Down" feature to limit some administrative users to specific page layouts. You can give others who are more technical full page access, including the ability to work directly with the HTML code including the ability to add their own Javascript functions.

Our Page Review system also gives you the ability to have content created by certain administrators reviewed by another administrator before it is posted to the site.

Page Editing Overview Page

System Content is any textual content you add to any of the available applications like the Calendar, News, Blogs, etc... You can add as much content as you want, allowing your site to grow with your organization.

Content Administrators are the group of people in your organization, staff, or leadership who keep the website content current. With a user name and password they will access the administrative area of the CMS to add and edit content in any of the systems that are part of your selected package. You will likely find that the more-broadly these content-management responsibilities are shared, the more up-to-date and useful your website will become.

The StratumSites CMS also gives you the ability to allow users to sign-up on the website for a user account. You can have an unlimited number of site user accounts who can access the website for everything from shopping, event registration, or donations to secure areas on the site. You can use this ability along with our complete security system to create a fully functional Intranet for your organization or to simply secure specific pages or files so only a user associated to a specific Security User Group can access them.

Use your website as a secure Intranet for your staff and a Portal for your website visitors/members. The StratumSites CMS offers the easiest and most flexible solution available today to create secure areas of content for as many groups and users that you want to define. You can also allow users to register on the site to establish their own user account, giving them access to information available only to "Known Users" in the system. You can also define an unlimited number of Security Groups to assign to users and content.

A separate Administrative Security System also allows you to control the pages that content administrators have access to update.

StratumSites offers all of our clients a comprehensive Support package which includes Free Weekly Training and ongoing website maintenance support. This includes access to our Help Center with help files on systems, a Knowledge Base for frequently asked questions, and our help video library. If you have any kind of issue or question on managing your content, we are there to help you get it done.

StratumSites offers one of the most friendly Search Engine Optimization capable Content Management Systems. Most of our major systems, like Pages, Shop, Articles, and Blogs, all give you the ability to directly control the page Title, Description, and Keywords that will be displayed for each entry in those systems.

The Form Builder makes it easy to create your own website forms on your site. It includes the ability to create as many forms as you want and drop them into any of your pages. Create contact forms, sign-up forms, surveys, or any other type of form you need to collect user information.

Our Page Editing Tool comes packed with tools to help you create great looking web pages. You can also control what options are available to Content Administrators if you want "Lock Down" the options admins have access to use.

Control fonts used, font size, font format and font color. Create font styles to assist in providing a consistent look throughout your site. Basic functions such as: clear content, cut, copy, paste, delete, remove formatting, undo, redo, bold, italic and more make adding and editing written copy easy.

Create and select page templates to add content to, or create tables on the fly to bring structure to a page and to give greater control over flow of text and images.

Insert special characters or objects to your page with tools such as special character, insert today’s date, marquee, hyperlinks, anchors, flash and images. Insert other system objects like polls, embeded media and forms.

Google Analytics website statistics provides in-depth knowledge needed to understand, predict, and respond with confidence to how people use your web site. In addition you will see how many visitors you have, where they are coming from, and what content they are viewing on your site. Powerful statistics for your website!

With this tool each of the sub-groups, departments, or committees within your organization can have their own 'mini-site'. Each Sub-site comes complete with its own web-specific applications: News, FAQs, Media, Photo Albums, Links and a Calendar. With no limit on the number of Sub-sites you can add, the various sub-groups of your organization can seamlessly grow along with the expansion of your overall organization.

You can also give each Sub-site its own distinct look and feel as well as its own URL. This feature can also be used to host multiple websites within one CMS, saving you money on monthly hosting fees for multiple department websites.

Think of our articles system as an online library. With this system you can catalog self-published articles or other integral documents that are of value to your online users: meeting minutes, bulletins, articles, memos, or other related materials. Articles are dynamically catalogued so that your users can easily locate them.

Response Option: The Article System also gives you the ability to allow user responses to selected articles. Each response requires an administrative approval before it is posted to the article.

Our Blog System gives you the ability to give any registered user on your website access to start posting their own Blog. This gives you unprecidented control to create your own Group Blog for your organization. The Our Blog area gives users access to view the group and the ability to then go into individual blogs.

The website administrator or webmaster retains full control over who has access to have their own blog. You can give anyone registered with a user account on your website their own blog. The Document System makes it easy to include files and documents on your website that are available for quick download. Has your marketing team created a mission statement as a Microsoft Word document, or an organization brochure in Acrobat PDF format? Easily post these and other documents such as weekly notes from the director, meetings for board members, or budget reports. Virtually any type of document can be posted and retrieved!

You can also easily add security to any document. This will only allow individuals with the correct security priviledges to see the document link and description and download the document.

As schedules change or as unexpected events occur, your website visitors will recognize your site as the best place for current updates.

The News System also allows you to pull in external news feeds to be incorporated into your own news listing.

Pictures drive people to a website. Let's face it; most people would rather look at photos of a recent event than read a bunch of text describing it. This feature let's your organization easily create an online photo album and insert captions for each picture describing that photo. Create unlimited albums for events, products and more.

This system allows you to simply enter the questions and answers for a poll and then drop it (through use of the Page Editor Tool) into just about any area of your site. Our Audio/Video Media System (AVMS) has been specifically designed for today's forward thinking organizations. The AVMS gives your organization an affordable and easy way to distribute your audio and video content on the Internet.

The forums feature is a communication module that allows users to post messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Forums are very similar to chat rooms in their ability to allow multiple people to be involved in an online discussion that can then be read and responded to by other users. Forums offer an avenue to some people who might otherwise feel uncomfortable commenting in a live group discussion. Forums can be moderated or un-moderated. Also, they can be password protected so that they can only be viewed by the people that you choose. You are not limited by the number of Forums you can create.

This tool allows you to upload image headers, that you have created, onto your site and select which header will display on a page by page basis. You also have the ability to select a specific header for all the pages or specific pages within a Sub-site. This tool offers great flexibility in giving each area of your site a semi-custom look with its own distince header graphic.

Inbox Outreach™ is a web-based email marketing solution designed to manage multiple email campaigns and/or email newsletters. Create your own email design or allow us to create a custom design for you (additional charges for custom design). Every email includes a one-click link for your recipients to manage their subscriptions assuring your subscribers that you are a legitimate permission-based email sender. If you need more than a 10,000 subscriber capacity, please call for an additional set up quote.

The Support Ticket System includes a support/trouble ticket tracking system and a knowledge base system. The ticket system is a great way for any type of support staff to track all kinds of requests from your clients or users. The knowledge base also gives you a great way to archive those frequently asked questions and answers so your users can have a complete and concise way of finding answers to their common questions.

The Power Package option for our Audio/Video Media System connects you to the world's largest content delivery network (CDN) provider, Akamai, in order to give your users the absolute best performance and reliability available anywhere.

You can add multiple manufacturers, categories and sub-categories, define shipping costs and sales tax, and include a picture of your products. All updating is done through our easy online forms. Simply fill out the form and click the save button to edit or add a product. Our catalog also comes equipped with a fully integrated shopping cart that tracks products sales and other important reports that are vital to keep on top of your growing online eCommerce venture.

Use shipping options from UPS or FedEx to calculate real-time shipping costs directly from the shipper.

Our Quick Books option allows you to download order and buyer information as invoices directly into Quick Books. No need to retype anything.

Easily allow your clients to see their invoices on-line and make payments using their credit card or debit card.

The Payment System allows you to upload invoices from your accounting system to the website and associate an account number in your accounting system with a user on the website. Your clients can then log into your website, see their current balance, and make a payment. They can also set-up recurring payments on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

If your organization currently does not accept credit cards, StratumSites can provide you with a merchant account and payment gateway. This will allow you to use our Registration, Payment, Donation, or Shopping Systems as part of your website and have the transactions run through your new merchant account. Our Merchan Account option includes a payment gateway, so there are no additional costs than those listed.

If you already have a merchant account, you can use our alternate Payment Gateway option to connect your StratumSites website to your merchant account. If you are interested in getting a competitive quote on your merchant account services, you can give us a copy of your latest statement and we can get a competitive quote to improve your rates.

A Site Security License (SSL Certificate) is required for use with Merchant Accounts. It is also highly recommended if you are collecting personal or business related information from your users. The SSL Certificate provides the encrypted security needed to conduct credit card and other financial transactions.

*Set-up for the SSL Certificate is Free if you also get a StratumSites Merchant Account.

If you already have a Merchant Account that you want to use with your new StratumSites website, you can use our alternate payment gateway set-up to access your merchant account. Note that this alternate payment gateway has its own set-up fee, monthly fee, and a $0.10 per transaction fee. You may want to consider getting a StratumSites merchant account since we can gaurantee that we can match or beat your existing rates and save you the additional fees from the alternate gateway.

If you need additional storage space for your website, this option will add an additional 25GB to your allowed storage. You can also use this toward additional storage for email as well.

The StratumSites Email Protection Package (EPP) offers world class spam and virus filtering for your domain. The Spam filtering management is flexible based on your organizations needs. It can be managed on an individual account basis or by a domain administrator depending on how your organization is set-up.

Email Protection Package Overview

Email Groupware combines the ability to share Address-book and Calendar Items/Tasks among groups of users with optional permission levels (Read/Write and Read-Only). Our system provides a complete Web-based Groupware system for users within your organization. The Groupware module also provides an Outlook-to-webmail synchronization utility, allowing Contacts and Calendar data to be shared between an individual's Outlook program and their Webmail account. This means that you will have all of your contact and calendar data whether you are at the office or on the road.

Service Packages are available for clients who want or need assistance in adding or creating content for their website on a monthly basis. Service Packages also include priority phone access to our design and support teams.
