Free Support Overview
The StratumSites™ CMS comes with a comprehensive Support package which includes FREE Training and ongoing website maintenance support. This includes access to our Help Center with help files on systems, a Knowledge Base for frequently asked questions, and our help video library. If you have any kind of issue or question on managing your content, we are there to help you get it done.
Sustainability

Sustainability is a way to maintain your website and grow it over years, not just the next six months. StratumSites offers you the ability to make a long range plan to grow your website and give you the confidence to know that any future customizations or requirements you may want or need can be done quickly and cost effectively. Think of StratumSites as your 2nd WebMaster. We are always here to help train new staff or assist in helping you make stratetic decisions on how you can make the best use of your website.
Service Packages
Service Packages are available for clients who want or need assistance in adding or creating content for their website on a monthly basis. Service Packages also include priority phone access to our design and support teams. If you are looking for a "webmaster" or just some regular assistance in getting your content on your website, our Service Package option is the perfect solution. Service Packages start at $175.00 per month with a minimum 5 hours per month committment.
